Wash chicken

Wipe out excess water

Mix all the spice, seasoning, garlic, pepper, salt oil an vinegar and daddawa

Marinade chicken and set aside for 2 hours

Wash cabbage and onion dice into large chunks

Grill chicken on low heat for 1hour so that all the flavours are incorporated inside.
