Ingredients

  1. 3medium sized tilapia fish(fried)
  2. 2capsicum
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt
  6. 1onion
  7. Curry powder/ royco
  8. Coriander leaves/Dania
  9. Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry the onions, garlic and oil till golden brown. Then add tomatoes and stir

  2. 2

    Add the capsicum and Dania. Then add water 1.5 cups for soup. Add the royco and salt then dip in the fish

  3. 3

    Let it cook for 15 mins until its cooked then remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with ugali
