I thought of this fish and I made it....I am glad I did.
Steps

Remove the scales from fish and clean it.

Cut to your left hand side and remove the intestines and other reddish things.

Wash the inside very well.

Heat oil in a pan in medium heat. Allow oil to heat very well.

Then put the fish inside the oil

Fry until golden on both sides.

Remove from oil and dry using a paper towel.

Serve with kachumbari and ugali.
