Omens is tasty right I made it this evening for my supper taste awesome though I some help was given to me.
Steps

Wash the omena with warm water and put to book for about 15 minutes

Drain the water you used to boil then add the salt and 10 mls of oil and fry until slightly golden brown

Cut the onions and add to the omena. Fry until soft.

Then cut tomatoes and add to the omens making sure you fry until soft and all broken down

Add royci dissolved in 1/8 of water then add to the omena.

Stir and cook for about 3 minutes then serve with saute kales and ugali.
