Steps

Boil chickpeas for 4-5 whistle with water, salt and turmeric.

On cast iron pan add oil. Add jeera, curry leaves as it get heated. Once it get fry, add half onion and fry it to golden brown.

Add dry spices powders. Later add cooked chickpeas. Add water to make it cook with spices.

Later add salt and tomato. Cook it for few more 5 mins. Serve it with chopped raw onion and coriander.
