Ingredients

  • 2 cupsegusi
  • 1 teaspoonachi
  • 3fresh pepper
  • Salt
  • 2maggi cubes
  • 1/4palmoil
  • 1 kgmeat
  • 1stock fish
  • Onion
  • 1cksp crayfish
  • Small bunch of uziza leaf
  • Small of vegetable (ugu)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat and stock fish with Maggi,salt and onion.allow to boil till is soft.

  2. 2

    Add more water enough for the soup allow to boil.then sprinkle the egusi in it.

  3. 3

    Allow to boil and keep stirring with wooden soup.bsoup.boil for like 15mins.

  4. 4

    Add achi but sprinkle it and stir very well.allow to boil for 5mins make sure no lumps.

  5. 5

    Add palmoil and leave it boil till the oil circulates well.

  6. 6

    Add crayfish,pepper,salt and Maggi leave to boil for 3mins.

  7. 7

    Then check the salt and add the uziza leaf first then add the ugu.fugu.food is ready better serve with yellow garri.
