  2. 1red chili
  3. Cooking oil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1big onion
  6. 4big tomatoes
  7. 1 bunchcoriander
  8. 2royco cube

  1. 1

    Dice meat into cubes and put to boil until it becomes soft and tender.

  2. 2

    Add onions and cooking oil and fry them together..

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and red chilli stir.

  4. 4

    Add salt and royco stir

  5. 5

    Add water and coriander stir until it is cooked.

  6. 6

    Serve while hot with rice.
