I love mandazi. Though it is originally from Swahili coast area it is now eaten in everyday part of the country. It is mainly eaten as a snack or breakfast or lunch.

I love mandazi. Though it is originally from Swahili coast area it is now eaten in everyday part of the country. It is mainly eaten as a snack or breakfast or lunch.
Steps

In a bowl pour in the flour, add sugar baking powder,cinamon and mix.

Add eggs and stir. Then add warm water and knead to form a soft dough.

Then allow the dough to rest

Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.

Roll the dough in a flat surface. Then cut the dough into desired shape.

Heat oil in a deep skillet pan...Heat using medium.

Then deep the mandazi into oil fry until golden brown.

Dry in paper towel. Then serve.
