Chicken Semi Brown Rice Pilaf

If you have a rice cooker, try this dish. It's a very easy to make flavored rice. I normally eat the pilaf with rotisserie chicken or Fish Meuniere. This time, I am using semi brown rice but you can use regular long rice as well.
