260 gall purpose flour
1.5 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
250 gsugar
2 tspcinnamon
4eggs
300 gcrated carrots
100 mlcooking oil

Mix the first five ingredients.

Beat the eggs to it and blended it all till it is fine.

Add cooking oil and created carrots and stir..Grease the pan with blueband.

Pour the mixture on the pan and bake
5

Enjoy the carrots cake with hot coffee.
