Preheat oven to 180°

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl

In a separate bowl mix the butter and sugar

Add the eggs, mashed bananas, milk, vanilla and lemon juice or vinegar to the butter and sugar mix together

Add the banana pulp mixture and put in the flour and mix

Put mixture into a cake tin (that has been greased) with butter
- 7
Put in the oven for 30 - 60 until it is a golden brown on the top

Put on a cake rack and wait for it to cool

Now it is done time to eat

After your cake is done you can decorate it
