Gas pr oil rakh dijiye garm hone k liye. fir jalebi ka batter taiyaar karne k liye maida,baking powder or curd ko add karke ache se mix krlo.fir thoda sa pani add karke bettar bana lo batter jiada gada ya patla na ho.

Usme koi lumps b na ho isliye ache se mix karle or ise ketchup bottle me bhar lein. Tab tak oil garm ho jaega or usme jalebi ki shape me jalebiyan bnaiye.use halka brown hone tak fry kijiye
