Steps

First prepare tahina : fry (with no oil) sesame, then blend them with flour and add oil till you get thick liquid tahina

Fry flour till you get light golden color

Combine the dry ingredients together

Add liquid tahina and mix well with hands till you get a tough dough, add bit tahina if you need so

Add pistachio and put it in a mold

Let it rest for 12 to 24 hours !
