Ingredients

  • 1Small onion
  • 1 Clovegarlic
  • 3-4Potatoes
  • 1Carrot
  • Mushrooms (optional)
  • 350 gminced meat (beef or a mix of pork&beef)
  • 1 Tbspsweet paprika
  • Pinchsalt and pepper
  • 2 Tbspolive oil
  • 1.5 Lbeef (or vegetable) stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the onion and sauté with a bit of oil until golden.

  2. 2

    Add minced/sliced garlic.

  3. 3

    Add minced meat. Cook until a bit brown.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle paprika. Enjoy the aroma! :)

    Add diced carrots, peeled and diced potatoes, and sliced mushrooms.

    Add salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients in the pot together for a minute or two.

  7. 7

    Pour in the stock and let it simmer for about 20 min (or until all your vegetables are soft).

  8. 8

    That's it! Pour into a bowl and eat with a slice of rye bread. Dobrou chut'! :)

This looks amazing! I've eaten goulash before but after a Hungarian recipe. This seems to be a lot different - I'll be sure to give it a try. Thanks for sharing!
