We can make many variety of vada with urad dal.This is one of the variety I tried making it.Hope people like it.
Steps

Soak urad dal for 2 hours.

Then remove water and grind it into smooth batter by adding very less water.Add salt while grinding,it will help in grinding fast.

Clean and chop cabbage, green chillies,coriander leaves.

Take the urad dal batter into bowl,then add shredded cabbage,green chillies,coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat oil in frying pan.Take ziplock cover,make it wet and put some batter and make the shape of vada and make hole in between. Drop the vada in oil.Fry on both the sides till it turns golden brown.

Remove it and serve hot with sesame chutney.
