Green Ridge Gourd Dosa

One more variety of dosa which can made instantly and it is very healthy for everyone.Here we use ridge gourd vegetable skin and little bit of vegetable also, which is added to soaked rice and moong dal batter.This is very good source of fibre and protien together.

One more variety of dosa which can made instantly and it is very healthy for everyone.Here we use ridge gourd vegetable skin and little bit of vegetable also, which is added to soaked rice and moong dal batter.This is very good source of fibre and protien together.
Steps

Soak rice and moong dal together for 3 hours.

Clean ridgegourd and peel it.Take the skin and chop it into small pieces.Add little pieces of vegetable also.

Take the soaked rice and moong dal and ridge gourd pieces and chopped skin pieces everything together, put green chillies also into it and grind it into smooth batter.

Add jeera and salt to taste and mix well.

Heat tawa and pour the batter into dosa and add oil on the sides of dosa.Cook it well on both sides.Once done remove it.

Serve hot hot with ginger tomato chutney.My kids like to eat it with honey.
