Ingredients

  1. goulash----------
  2. 2 poundspork
  3. 2 poundsrough chopped onion
  4. 2 tablespoonsextra Virgin olive oil
  5. 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  6. as neededCzechoslovakian Spices for Czech goulash
  7. pork broth----------
  8. 1 quartwater
  9. 2/3 poundpork bones and trimmings
  10. 1 teaspoonsalt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  12. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  13. topping-----------
  14. to tastesour cream

Cooking Instructions

    To a pot add the water, garlic, salt, pepper, bone, and trimmings. Boil for 25-30 minutes. Trim the remaining meat off the bones. Strain discard the non- edible parts.

    In a deep pan with a lid heat the oil.

  3. 3

    Cut the pork into bite sized pieces.

  4. 4

    Brown the meat on all sides. Add Czech spices and Onions.

  5. 5

    Stir in the tomato paste, make sure it gets mixed in well.

  6. 6

    Add pork broth to pan and simmer for 1 hour 45 minutes covered.

    Stir often.

  8. 8

    When time simmering is done uncover and let liquids reduce till you desired thickness.

    Add sour cream
