You can also add finely chopped onion (I just don't prefer it). You can shape the salad in a mold and unmold it for a more impressive presentation.

Cut and boil the potatoes.

Once boiled, place them in a large bowl.

Mash them with a fork.

Grate the carrot.

Grate the cucumber.

Finely chop the bell peppers.

Finely chop the smoked turkey.

Add salt, pepper, and finely chopped parsley.

Drizzle with lemon juice.

Finally, add the mayonnaise (or olive oil) and mustard.

Mix all the ingredients very well, then place the salad in the refrigerator.
