Ingredients

1 cupflour
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspbicarbonate of soda
1 tspground cinnamon
1 cupsugar
2eggs
1/2 cupoil
2 1/2 cupsgrated carrot

Steps

Sift flour baking powder bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon into a bowl stir in sugar beat eggs and oil together
2

Add eggs mixture and carrot to the dry ingredients stirring until well combined pour mixture into a baking paper lined 20cm ring ting
3

Leave to stand for 5minutes or until cake springs
