Pour little water inside a big pot,put the siever on or inside the pot, but make sure it doesn't touch the water, pour the soaked grinded maize, open up spaces for enough steam to penetrate, give it a tight cover and allow to cook until it texture starts to turn out a bit soft.
- 3
Pour it inside a big bowl, smash any ball form and add the groundnuts and little oil to avoid ball forms, pour it back inside the siever and close it to continue steaming.
- 4
Pour it out again and add the grinded Scotch bonnet, garlinc, etc and allow it to steam for another 30 minutes, you will see that it will be increasing and double it size stage by stage.
- 5
Pour it into a big bowl, divide it into 2-3 parts and add the remaining ingredients layer by layer with enough oil and seasonings, give it a well mix so that every ingredient will be in every part. Put it back and allow to steam for 4-5 minutes.
