Steps

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until all the flour is absorbed and a dough forms.

Drop small spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (make them small, as the oats, baking powder, and baking soda will make them expand).

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) on the top rack for 12 minutes.

When you take them out, they'll be soft, but after a little while they'll firm up and be perfect!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
