Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.

In a food processor, blend the onions, garlic, chickpeas, and a little water.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add finely chopped parsley, oats, salt, pepper, and curry powder.

Mix well and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Shape the mixture into flat patties, like burgers, and place them on a baking sheet.

Brush them with a little oil and bake under the broiler at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-30 minutes. Once they are golden, carefully flip them over!
