Ingredients

  1. 1pork leg
  2. 3 clovesgarlic, peeled & crushed with your knife
  3. to tastesweet soy sauce
  4. to tastesalt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the leg in the water and add the crushed garlic, a little salt & pepper and cooked until the pork leg is quite tender.. then add sweet soy sauce and more salt & pepper.. forget not to taste and adjust :D
