Boil pasta for 30 minutes. Rinse it using the strainer.

Fry onion and mix vegetables together till soft mix the cooked macaroni into your mixed vegetables and add your chicken stock powder stir until combined. Switch off your stove.

In a bowl put the pasta sauce in hot water stir with a fork till thick and smooth for 1 min. Pour your pasta sauce in the macaroni and mix well, remove from the stove let it cool. It's now ready to serve with your green salad and your favourite meat
