Finely chop the garlic and sauté in a deep pan till it starts to brown. Add the pieces of pork and sauté with the garlic.

When they are ready add the plums and the onion. Continue with adding the peppers and when all the smells are combined deglaze with the red wine.

Finally, add the potatoes and let it boil for 20 minutes. Now it is time to add the salt (depending on taste) and pepper.
