Steps

Make a medium thick batter with the ingredients listed under "for marination" and marinate the chicken pieces. refrigerate the marinated chicken pieces for about 30 minutes

Fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil and keep it aside

In the same oil in which the chicken is fried (remove any excess oil),fry the cashews and keep it aside.

Now add the ginger paste, garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add celery and spring onion and dried red chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes

Add finely sliced onions and capsicum and cook till it turns soft

Make a paste with the kashmiri chilly powder, tomato sauce and soya sauce and add this to the onion -capsicum mix and add 1/4 cup of water and cook til it starts boiling

At this point add the fried chicken pieces,cashews and carrots and Mix well. cook till the carrots are done

Serve Hot!!! :)
