Ingredients

  1. 250 GramsChicken Boneless
  2. 1/3 CupMaida
  3. 1/3 CupCornflour
  4. 1egg White
  5. Salt
  6. 1/2 TeaspoonPepper powder
  7. 1/2 TeaspoonSoya sauce
  8. 1 1/2 TeaspoonsGinger Paste
  9. 1 1/2 TeaspoonsGarlic Paste
  10. 2Onions Finely Sliced
  11. 1Capsicum finely Sliced
  12. 3chilly Dried red
  13. 1Carrot finely sliced
  14. 2 TeaspoonsCelery Finely chopped
  15. 1 TeaspoonSpring Onion Finely chopped
  16. 1 TablespoonCashewnuts Chopped
  17. 1 1/2 TeaspoonsKashmiri chilli powder
  18. 2 TeaspoonsTomato Sauce
  19. 1 TeaspoonSoya sauce
  20. salt

  1. 1

    Make a medium thick batter with the ingredients listed under "for marination" and marinate the chicken pieces. refrigerate the marinated chicken pieces for about 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil and keep it aside

  3. 3

    In the same oil in which the chicken is fried (remove any excess oil),fry the cashews and keep it aside.

  4. 4

    Now add the ginger paste, garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add celery and spring onion and dried red chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add finely sliced onions and capsicum and cook till it turns soft

  6. 6

    Make a paste with the kashmiri chilly powder, tomato sauce and soya sauce and add this to the onion -capsicum mix and add 1/4 cup of water and cook til it starts boiling

  7. 7

    At this point add the fried chicken pieces,cashews and carrots and Mix well. cook till the carrots are done

  8. 8

    Serve Hot!!! :)
