Put the sesame into a small baking tray and let it roast lightly in a medium heat oven for about 5-10 minutes.

Put the honey into a pot and boil for 3-4 minutes until it begins to thicken (it will first liquify when you heat it and then thicken after boiling).

Add the sesame and let it boil for a few minutes.

Oil a tray or even better a surface made from marble (if you have a marble countertop use that). Immediately empty the pot on it. Work with the mixture to shape it. Wet your hands and keep shaping it until it is nice and shiny and has absorbed the oil. Give it any form, shape or size you like. When they cool you can wrap them in membrane or place them in a plastic container.
