    Preheat oven to 130c

    Line 2 baking tray with baking paper and brush with oil

  3. 3

    Cut the banana into even slices, about 5MM

  4. 4

    Toss in a bowl with the lemon juice to coat, drain off excess juice

  5. 5

    Put on baking tray in a single layer, sprinkle with cinnamon, bake for 1 hour 40 min turning half way through

  6. 6

    Serve, sprinkled with salt.

Great! But I will just bake the banana with out juice and oil.
