  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 3/4baking powder
  • 1/2 cupvanilla almond milk or regular milk
  • 2 tspvanilla extract

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Grease and flour cake pan

  3. 3

    Cream butter and sugar

  4. 4

    Add eggs and beat well

  5. 5

    Beat in vanilla

  6. 6

    Add flour and baking powder and beat well

  7. 7

    Stir in milk

  8. 8

    Pour in cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
