Ingredients

  1. 1 litrefresh milk (better full fat)
  2. 1 litrewater 
  3. 1 tspsalt (or depending on taste) 
  4. 1 handfulmidolline (or whatever kind of pasta you prefer for soup)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water. 

  2. 2

    Add the salt and pasta to the boiling water. 

  3. 3

    When the pasta is done, add the milk, let it for a few minutes and it is ready.
