Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour 
  2. 1 cupolive oil 
  3. 1satchel of yeast 
  4. 1 cuplukewarm water
  5. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the flour and oil in a large bowl and combine well (so that the oil moists all of the flour). 

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of salt, a satchel of yeast and a cup of lukewarm water and knead. 

  3. 3

    Leave the dough  to rise for 1-2 hours, covered with plastic wrap.

  4. 4

    Shape it like a loaf and score into slices. 

  5. 5

    Bake at 160-180 for about 20 minutes. 

  6. 6

    Let it cool and cut into slices.

after 20 minutes, dough looks raw still? and do I dry boscuts out after?
