40 gramsCarrot
40 gramsSweet onion
3 tbspGrapeseed or vegetable oil
2 tbspRice vinegar
1 tbspSoy sauce
2 tspSugar
1 pinchSalt
1 dashPepper

Peel the carrots and onions and grate them.
