Ingredients

200 gdry white beans (soaked in water overnight)
feta cheese (cut into cubes)
1carrot (in slices)
1dry onion (in slices)
lettuce
salt
pepper
2-3red peppers from Florina (from a jar with vinegar)
2-3tomatoes (diced)
olive oil

Steps

Boil the beans with the carrot and strain.

Place all the ingredients into a bowl.

Strain and rinse the peppers.

Finally, serve with freshly ground pepper, salt, and raw olive oil.
