2 cupFresh basil
1/2 cupOlive oil
1/4 cupFinely chopped pine nuts or walnuts
1 tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
1 tbspGrated pecorino cheese
1 cloveChopped garlic

Mash basil into a fine paste.

Add all other ingredients.

Mix all ingredients well, if too dry add more oil oil.

Serve over hot pasta or chill for pasta salad.
