Ingredients

about 6 servings
  • 1/2 kgmedium sized white kidney beans
  • 2-3spring onions, finely chopped
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper (optional)
  • oil
  • lemon or vinegar (whichever you prefer)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beans well.

  2. 2

    Strain them and place them in a salad bowl.

  3. 3

    Add the finely chopped spring onions, parsley, salt, pepper (optional), oil and whichever you prefer, lemon or vinegar. We prefer vinegar.

    Toss.

  5. 5

    Bon appétit.
