Ingredients

10-15 minutes
6 servings
  1. 125 gramsmargarine
  2. 225 gramsself raising flour
  3. 100 gramssoft brown sugar
  4. 125 gramscaster sugar
  5. 1egg, beaten
  6. 200 gramsChocolate chopped (i use Cadburys dairy milk)

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 180°c or gas mark 4

  2. 2

    Line baking tray with baking paper

  3. 3

    Mix butter and sugars until creamed

  4. 4

    Add beaten egg and mix

  5. 5

    Add flour and chopped chocolate chunks and mix together

  6. 6

    Separate mixture into small balls and place on the baking tray

  7. 7

    Cook for 10 - 15 mins or until golden brown

  8. 8

    Allow to cool and enjoy
