Fried red mullet

Steps
- 1
Clean the red mullets removing the scales, the innards and the gills.

Rinse them and set them aside in a strainer to drain.
- 3
Season with salt, coat in flour and place them in the frying pan where you have already heated the oil.
- 4
Turn them so that they are fried on both sides and when they are ready place them on a platter with kitchen paper.
- 5
Serve with lemon.
