Soak the fava beans overnight.

Rinse them on the next day and boil them in a pot with plenty of water over low heat for 1 -1 1/2 hour. 

Strain them and purée them in a food processor with their skins, after having seasoned with salt. 

Sprinkle with a little olive oil, mix and serve.
