Cake with grapes

Steps

Cream the butter with the sugar and add first the eggs one by one and then the grape must syrup.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, the salt and the mixed spice in a large bowl. Set aside 2 tbsp to sprinkle the already washed and cut grape and add the rest of the flour to the butter mixture one spoonful at a time (after turning down the speed of the mixer).

Stop mixing and after adding the raisins and the grapes, fold with a spatula.

Bake in a buttered cake mold sprinkled dusted with flour, in a preheated oven to 180oC for 45-50 minutes.
