Ingredients

about 2 l

20small tangerines
20cloves
1 1/2 ltsipouro
300 gsugar
2 1/2 cupswater

Steps

1

Wash the tangerines, poke holes all around them with a fork and punch one clove into each tangerine.

Set it aside in the alcohol for at least 15 days.

Make the syrup (boil the sugar in the water), strain the alcohol and combine with the syrup.

Your liqueur is ready to serve. Cheers!
