Boil and peel the potatoes then place  the onion, the caper and the oil  into the mixer bowl and mix to a purée. 

Then add the potatoes, half at first and after a while the rest. 

Finally, add the vinegar. 

Garnish with the small cucumbers and the caper leaves.
