Whisk well the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Make 3 holes, each for warm water, oil and vanilla extract. Then whisk until smooth and well combined.

Grease an 18 cm tin pan and pour the batter in. Then steam it with medium to low heat for 30 minutes.

After it is done, set aside to cool. Then run a knife on the sides of the pan and flip the cake out. Enjoy :)
