Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 kgyogurt
  • 3carrots
  • 1little vinegar
  • 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • if you like you can also use 2 small cucumbers

    Grate the carrot (and the cucumbers if you are using any)
