Ingredients

  • 1large dry onion, grated
  • 400 g- 500 g grated tomato
  • 1 cupwhite wine
  • 1 tbspoil
  • salt, pepper, cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onion in the oil and 1/2 cup wine.

  2. 2

    Add the tomato, the rest of the wine, the pepper and the cinnamon.

  3. 3

    Let it boil and... ready!
