Ingredients

4 persons
  • 1 packetlinguine
  • 1red pepper cut into strips
  • 1green pepper cut into strips
  • 1leek cut into strips
  • 2carrots cut into ribbons
  • 3-4 branchescelery in strips
  • 4 tbspolive oil
  • 5-6 tbsptahini
  • 1/2 cuproasted sesame seeds
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the linguine in plenty of salted water or vegetable stock.

  2. 2

    Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and sauté the vegetables. Season them and when they are tender, add a cup of the water from the boiling pasta. 

  3. 3

    Take 1 1/2 cup water from the pot where the pasta boils and place it in a bowl. Add the tahini and dissolve thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Remove the linguine from the pot using tongs (without straining them) and place them in the frying pan with the vegetables.

  5. 5

    Stir and add the watered down tahini. Shake the frying pan well so that the sauce covers the pasta.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds and serve.
