2 cupsugar
3 tbspcocoa
1/2 cupbutter
3/4 cuplight corn syrup
1/2 tspsalt
1 cansweetened condensed milk
1/2 cuppeanut butter
1 tspvanilla
1 cuppopcorn kernals

Pop kernals.

Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, corn syrup, and salt in pot. And Bring to a boil.

When Boiling add sweetened condensed milk.

Boil for 3 mins.

After 3 mins remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla.

Pour over popcorn.

Mix to spread evenly.
