Ingredients

1 slicewatermelon
1large ripe tomato
100 gfeta cheese
4-5 tbspolive oil
2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
2-3spearmint leaves
1small green pepper
a fewbarley rusks

Steps

Cut the watermelon, the feta cheese and the tomato into cubes and the pepper into rings.

Place the rusks in a bowl as well as the tomato, pepper, oilive oil, vinegar and the spearmint and let them sit for ten (10) minutes.

Add the watermelon and serve in a platter.
