Ingredients

  • 2 kgpumpkin (the flesh)
  • 1 kgsugar
  • 500 gpeeled and grated apple
  • 1lot of cloves (use according to your taste)
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 1 cupwater
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 tspvanilla

Steps

    Place all the ingredients together in a pot and boil over low heat until it sets.

    Stir often so that it doesn't stick.
