Apple liqueur
A special liqueur for special evenings!
Recipe by Phoebe
Steps
- 1
Wash the apples and cut them into large slices. Remove the seeds and place them in a glass jar. Pour the vodka and the brandy over them and add the cloves and the cinnamon sticks. Seal the glass jar and place it in a cool place for a month.
- 2
Open the jar, remove the spices and filter thoroughly (about 2-3 times) so that you get a clear liquid without any apple residue.
- 3
Place the sugar and the water in a pot. As soon as they bubble remove from heat and let the syrup cool.
- 4
Add the syrup to the jar and mix to combine with the liquid that you have previously filtered.
- 5
Seal the jar and let a month pass before you try it.
