Place the flour and the baking powder in a bowl and mix. Then add the oil and work it into the mixture.

Add the orange juice and the soda and knead well to a dough.

Cover your dough and set it aside while you prepare the filling.

Remove the pits from the olives and finely chop them.
- 5
Finely chop the onion and the cilantro and add them to the olives. Add the olive oil and mix.

Roll out your dough into a thin filo sheet and cut it into long and narrow strips.

Spread the filling on all the surface of the dough and then roll each strip into a roll.

Bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
